The hosting account has been suspended, so pages and email aren’t being served right now. Nothing has been deleted — files, databases and mailboxes are all still in place, and the site returns the moment the account is reactivated.
If you’re a visitor

- Sign in to the billing portal. Any suspension reason is shown there.
- Clear the outstanding invoice, or reply to the notice we emailed you.
- Reactivation is automatic on payment — usually within a few minutes.
Suspended accounts keep all data for 10 days. Get in touch before then and nothing is lost.
